How can I pay for my items?
We use a certified secure checkout system and also accept payments via Paypal and Apple Pay.
How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?
Our orders are typically processed within 24 hours and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.
After an order has been processed please allow 5-7 business days for your product to arrive.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to 57 countries across Europe at this present time. Please allow up to 7 working days for your parcel to arrive.

My item is incorrect / faulty, what do I do?
In the unlikely circumstance there is an issue with your order please contact us on email@example.com where we can discuss a replacement or refund.
How do I wash and dry my tie?
We strongly recommend that you hand wash your tie in cold or warm water. When it comes to drying your tie press out any excess water with a towel and hang to dry.
